as i was leaving the comp exam room at ubi driving centre, the invigilator looked at my comp screen, smirked, and told me, "2 down, 1 more to go!"

just the practical test left then=)

i'm not an aska yang fanatic...in fact, i don't really like his singing...abit too 悲伤...but i can hear the emotion he puts into every word of his songs...including those covers that he does of other singers' songs...his rendition of 雨天 during the competition was nearly flawless=)

洋葱is actually his own song...written wholly by ah xin of mayday(again!fantastic songwriter!=D) apparently aska told ah xin a true story about himself and gave him the inspiration to write this song and the lyrics...so in a way, it's a personal experience and a real life story...and i like the way aska brings across the meaning of the song...melancholic and regretful...and yet accepting things as it is...the spirit of 认命不认输...
