Mr Quek will be Mr Quek. the soul of any orchestra he conducts. the way he conducts and controls the orchestra, and the dramatic effects he adds into every song...really an enigma! the brains behind VJCO=)

Vhapsody 09 was great. had its fair share of minor hiccups, but still the songs were presented quite well. Especially 蒲公英的约定! didn't expect guo lao shi to conduct that song himself, and it was quite well done!=) and i need the video taken by chiheem! hehe=)

Fei Tian and Feng Nian Ji were not bad too, though i think, from the way guo lao shi conducted, that he was looking for a bit more...dynamics and energy from the orchestra as a whole. And Xiangle was pro too!if he can conduct this well at this age, he can only get better in future...another quek ling kiong in the making=D

and the juniors were all very high after the concert! brings back all the memories from yester-year when WE were performing for Vhapsody ourselves=)
